We Follow 4 Easy Work Steps
PROCESS-1
Raw Material
First step of production is to purchase raw material (Brass Rods) form our trusted suppliers. Material has to be purchased as per standard material grade.
PROCESS-2
Manufacturing Process
Manufacturing process are likely to be threading, drilling, facing, milling and cutting. Expert engineers are responsible for checking quality of products.
PROCESS-3
Quality Control
After product produced, it has been send to QC Department. Quality Control Supervisor will check all dimensions and measurements and send it to packing unit.
PROCESS-4
Packing & Dispatch
Each order is sent to packing unit. The completeness of whole order can be checked here optionally and than the whole order is packed and dispatched.
